PHP RC2 + GD

RC2 looks great, especially resetting arrays after array_walk(). The times I failed to reset. Arg... Can't get GD to work, but that's not such a big deal because I couldn't get it to work on earlier 4.0 builds, and others have. Have gd 1.8.1, compiles and gddemo works fine. Build with the following line and with the following result.
