int odbc_primarykeys(int connection_id, string database, string schema,
string table)
The parameter "database" is officially (in ODBC reference) called
"qualifier" and described as follows:
'If a driver supports qualifiers for some tables but not for others,
such as when the driver retrieves data from different DBMSs, an empty
string ("") denotes those tables that do not have qualifiers.'
Schema simply means owner.
