FYI:
At least on my installation RH 6.1 w/ glibc 2.1.2 and pam 0.68
I required:
export CFLAGS=-DHAVE_SYS_RESOURCE_H -DHAVE_FINITE
export EXTRA_LIBS=-lpam
before the following configure:
./configure --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs --with-config-file-path=/etc/httpd
--with-gdbm --with-dbase --with-ftp --with-gd --with-imap --with-ldap
--with-mcal=/usr/lib/mcal/include --with-mysql=/usr --with-pgsql=/usr
--disable-pear --with-gd --enable-trans-sid --enable-sysvsem --enable-sysvshm
to make it compile and load correctly.
Sorry, I haven't had time to run this down in the configure script yet.
