Patch for using proxies

Hi This is a patch file which makes include, require and fopen functions able to get files via proxy servers. User can set proxy server host in ini file by adding "proxy" configuration variable. He also is able to change default proxy port ( 8080 ) by configuration variable "port". I also added possibility to change get mathod to post - when "post_method" configuration variable is "set" This settings may be changed at runtime by three functions: proxy_host(arg) - set the proxy host from arg proxy_port(arg) - set the proxy port from arg post_method() - set the method to post. Unfortunatly settings added by these three functions are reseted by each call include, require and fopen functions. I wanted to do this as in error_reporting. But I wasn't able to reset settings at the end of the script - (error_reporting makes it) - I wrote about it to the list. So I'm going to add the same functionality as in error_reporting - actually isn't very good. Maybe someone knows sollution ?
