DLL's under Win32 / ISAPI

Hi... I have NT4, IIS, and PHP RC2 (ISAPI)... I have downloaded php_oci8.dll from download.swwwing.com, and placed it in the same dir as the other php4-files ("c:\php4_rc2"). In the php.ini file, I've set this: extension_dir = "c:\php4_rc2" ;Windows Extensions extension=php_oci8.dll But still I can't use oci8-functions or see any info about it when i do a phpinfo()...
