Since I can't figure out how to efficiently implement RFC1867, and can't
find any hints on how to do it efficiently on the net, I'm thinking on
simply taking the PHP 3.0 code as-is.
From taking a short glance at it, it doesn't appear as if it's recursive
(the protocol seems to suggest that in the middle of a block, you can
receive a new boundary, etc). Does it support it or not?
