Have you tried this on a clean tree?
It doesn't quite work. The --with-apache switch cannot take a relative
path anymore because of the deeper directory tree. That's not a big deal
as far as I am concerned, we just need to document that. Also, if you
haven't run 'autoconf' in libzend prior to this, things break badly.
There is also a rule missing somewhere to generate configuration-scanner.c
from configuration-scanner.l
