handleex is also very useful for those "Which of the 132 processes on this
machine locked $FILE" problems. In fact, there's a ton of useful utilities on
that site which no Win32 developer or admin should be without, especially
since they're free.
pskill doesn't have a GUI but does have the advantage of being able to kill
all processes with the same name. A couple of times I found it very handy to
be able to do a [not-that-]quick pskill php.exe from the Run dialog and
regain control of the system from ~30 php.exe processes which had run wild.
