The only thing I can suggest is removing the offending dsn's and recreating
them. The only ways I can generate your error are:
1) DSN Not registered
2) DSN Registered as User
3) DSN Registered as User and as System
4) DSN Registered as User and as System then delete the User registration
If at any point I have both a User and a System registered at the same time I
have to delete both and then recreate the System. The fact that your getting
the error message you are means that the problem is out of php's hands, the only
thing it can be is your ODBC setup or possibly the drivers your using.
