There have been numerous postings about windows dll files
not working in php4.0. Specifically i cannot get the
php_ftp.dll working either by loading it in the php.ini
file or using the dl() function. PHP tells me it is not a
valid library. Could someone help shed some light on the
problem. thanks in advance
