See the file ext/gd/php_gd.h, there are a lot of lines like
PHP_FUNCTION(functionname);
Add somewhere there this line:
PHP_FUNCTION(imagewbmp);
and recompile.
I'll try to check the patch today evening (in the sense that could it go
to PHP4).
