Once we start shuffling files around, people should be running "cvs update
-d -P" to update. -d will make new dirs, -P will purge removed ones. Put
"update -d -P" in your ~/.cvsrc to have this as the default behaviour, use
the -f option to cvs to disregard ~/.cvsrc whenever that is needed.
