What new variables? These are with us since PHP 3.0b1 or so...
type is a built-in module vs. a dynamically loaded one, handle is a handle
to the module's dynamic library, if it's dynamic.
What may have confused you is the fact that we removed the redundant
php3_builtin_module structure, which was essentially, a struct containing
the module name (*again*) and a pointer to the relevant php3_module_entry.
We decided to get rid of this useless struct, and the struct in
internal_functions.c is now php3_module_entry itself.
