Stuck in meetings this afternoon and the big explosion/fire in Toronto
seems to have made a mess of my email. Messages are flowing in completely
out of order, and I am getting 2-3 copies of some and most likely missing
others.
I'm ok with a Monday release and I will work on a letter to send to
cvsusers tonight. Since we are going through the trouble of asking
everyone, we might as well do the 3.0 license change as well. I propose
making the 3.0 license equivalent to the 4.0 license minus the Zend clause
and also dropping the GPL.
