Credits page

I want to add the various module authors, documentation people and whomever else put work into PHP 4.0 (new or old parts) into the phpcredits() function. That way we can simply call phpcredits() on the Credits Page on www.php.net. I'll add two new tables, Module Authors and Documentation Authors, and fill in a few entries, but I won't do it for everybody... Please fill in the rest. The function is in info.c.
