There is currently a problem with CVS:
cvs server: failed to create lock directory in repository
`/repository/phpweb/version4': Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/repository/phpweb/version4'
cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up
I dunno if it is also a problem with rsync.
