Ah, another thing. The buildconf script assumes that you have checked out
libzend, TSRM and php4 in the same directory. My setup is like this:
~/cvs/php4
~/cvs/libzend
~/cvs/TSRM
If you have your libzend and TSRM modules checked out in the php4
directory, that may explain the looping.
