PHP 4.0 Beta 1 has one known problem with cookies, that is already fixed in the CVS and will be a part of Beta 2. The problem occurs under Apache, in case of setting multiple cookies during the execution of one script. In that case, only the last cookie will be set. Otherwise, there are no known problems with cookies and PHP 4.0 (they're known to work).
