The only thing i've configured is "--with-apache=/usr/src/apache" and the output for sybase is nothing. So i've tested a few things: (Maybe this is a little stupid) I've searched with an editor for "sybase_connect" in "apache/src/modules/php4/libmodphp4.a" and i got **1** matching point. I've searched with an editor for "sybase_connect" in "src/httpd" and i got **0** matching point. May this is not very intelligent, but this say to me that there is no "sybase_connect" command availlable in the httpd code. Wenn i test the same with mysql compiled in in php4 i got a matching point in httpd. I hope this can be a little help for the programmers.
