Compiling PHP4 with WIN32

I got problems compiling the whole PHP4 project with Win32.
It seems that the current DSW project workspace pour MSVC references an inexistant libzend.dsp
project file.
Using other DSP projects in this workspace does not help because they all need a zend library which
is not provided.
All I can do is only compile modules, not link them. Are there missing libraries in PHP4 source
repository ?
I have also found that the PHP4 project has .MAK files generated from some .DSP files which are not
in the project. Is it safe to compile them from a comand-line NMAKE ?
