Having problems with ini_alter() here. In ini file I had magic_quotes_gpc
set to 'On', but in one script I needed to turn it off. So I put
ini_alter(magic_quotes_gpc, "Off") in the main include file for that script,
but the text still came back with backslashed quote marks. Then I turned the
directive off in the ini file and it worked.
So it seems either ini_alter() doesn't work or post.c is not getting proper
information somehow.
