ttf Support broken?

Greetings, php-4 beta 2 Makes with no errors, everything appears to work fine except a scripts that create gif output using ttf fonts using imagettfbbox() complains: "Call to unsupported ..." in ttf2.php3. Are there some additional steps to ttf support in php4 besides: ./configure \ --with-apache=../apache_1.3.6 \ --with-gd \ --with-ttf \ --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql \ --with-imap \ --enable-force-cgi-redirect \ --enable-memory-limit=yes \ --enable-debug=no \ --with-ldap \ --with-exec-dir \ --with-zlib This is the same configure I give php 3.09 and all works well in 3.09.
