Has anyone else found that file uploading seems to be broken?
Basically I have a screenshot archive
<http://viper.haque.net/screenshots/> and
the upload script works fine
with php 3.x.x but it doesn't seem that the file var contains anything
when using php 4 from cvs (08/05/1999).
I'll investigate some more but wanted to see if anyone else had this
problem also.
