David posted a HOW-TO a few weeks back. I'll paste it in here:
o unzip the zip file in - let's say d:\php
o copy msvc*.dll and php.ini to c:\winnt\system32 (or wherever your winnt
directory is called)
o start IIS Managment Console
o add an ISAPI filter: filter: .php executable: d:\php\php4isapi.dll
o under Home Directory -> Configuration (near Starting Point) add an App
Mapping:
executable: d:\php\php4isapi.dll (remember to select "Dynamical Linked
Libraries" when you browse)
extension: .php
and check Script Engine -- plkay around with the rest if you feel like it.
Pretty much covers it. Note the extension DLL's arent ready
for use yet including Mysql...AND the PHP3 ones WON'T work
with PHP4 so we all have to wait for those.
cheers
Brian
