Fwd: RE: [PHP4BETA] compiling for win32

I'm still trying to compile PHP 4 for NT under MSVC 6.0, but I'm getting unresolved externals on the references below. Does anybody have any idea what's wrong? For example, __pctype is defined in a number of different libraries and headers, but I have no idea which one (if any) is the correct one to add to the link settings. I've been working on getting this to link for almost a week with no luck, and would appreciate any help.
