So,
I decided to install PHP4B2 on the server, as all of the modules I need
'work' now.
The server has been running on a load of 0.5 - 1.5 (it's a dual machine, so
1.5 is just fine.)
So, I put in a non-debugging compiled (and 'strip'ed) PHP4B2.... *POOF* load
shoots up to over 20.
I figured there might be something wrong, so I tailed the error logs....
nothing. All .htaccess files are converted with the *new* script, and no
weird errors were reported.
So, I put back PHP3 again and the load returns to 1.5
"woops" ?
