there is always big pb with lastest cvs and mssql module (win32) !

Hi,
I was going to start porting the mssql module from php3 to php4 but I ran
into a broblem compiling. I have been off the list for a while so I dont
know if this has been discussed before.
The problem is the files ext/bcmath/number.c ext/bcmath/number.h. The are
ignored by cvs but I cant find a way to build them. Can anybody please help
