When the compiler (to protect source) plug-in is implemented will the result of a compile be one "binary" like how a PHP distro is compiled into php. Or if there are several supporting files to a main script (i.e. included files) will the result at the end of a compile be a directory full of compiled scripts? The compiler will compile .php scripts into compiled modules; The compiled modules will only contain the compiled code, and not the code of Zend itself. It will most probably support some sort of archiving, so that an entire directory will be compiled into one single file.
