What happened to GLOBALS[] array?

Is it named different in PHP4? It contains only one item, HTTP_GET_VARS.
It used to have all the things like REMOTE_HOST, PHP_SELF etc. in it. It
was handy to have a script that ran through them so I could see what
different vars were. Now, it is not there. Help!?
