Check the PHP 3 xml-related configure rules as well. I changed them a bit
to detect the fact that expat is now shipped with Apache-1.3.9.

Go to http://www.php.net/cvs.php3 and fill out the little
form there. It
just makes it easier for me to add you since it sends me your encrypted
password and I can just paste it directly.
