Size of php_core_globals struct?

We have all these entries in this struct that are effectively booleans
stored in longs. Seems like a bit of a waste of space. I guess passing
around a pointer to this struct of globals will be the same regardless of
the size of the struct we are referencing and as such the size doesn't
really matter, but it still seems wrong to use a long to store a boolean
value.
