Connection Handling done

Ok, finally got around to adding connection handling to PHP 4. Works exactly the same as PHP 3, so the current docs apply. I tested it and it is working nicely for all the various combinations. user hit stop, script timed out, ignore abort on and off, etc. Only really tested the Apache module implementation thoroughly though. I'll put in what I think will do the trick for ISAPI, but somebody is going to have to test it. -Rasmus
