[PHP4BETA] setup

I have been using setup to configure my installation. I have run all of the other steps: ./scripts/preconfig automake --add-missing # only need this option the first time aclocal autoconf However, I don't know all of the options to configure so I used setup instead. setup goes into some bizarre loop and never seems to complete. It continuously prints and adds "+" as it goes. If I CTRL+C, it will eventually start the configuration but I have to break it several times...almost as if it is spawning itself..........I am sorry if I am really vague.......but it happens very quickly and I am not sure AT ALL what is happening.
