looks good so far.
- -I../TSRM is missing in the CFLAGS for libzend
- the standalone needs to be linked with $(CXX) instead of $(CC)
- we need -LTSRM -ltsrm in the libs
that's all for the "cgi-standalone" - ok, not much of a point to have a
thread save cgi but nice for getting the initial thing up under unix.
