I tried to compile mcrypt support into php4b2 but when I do, it causes
apache to die automatically. No error messages are given and nothing is
displayed on the screen. I was unable to find anything in the bug database
regarding it, so I'm not sure if it is a known issue or not. Is it fixed in
CVS by chance?
