Compile on Win32

I just got MSVC++ 6.0, and would like to try compiling
php4 on a win32...I am using win98, and whem I try "Rebuild
All", I get a lot of errors...most of them seem to be a result
of:
Performing Custom Build Step on ".\zend-parser.y"
Bad command or file name
Performing Custom Build Step on ".\zend-scanner.l"
Bad command or file name
Do I need flex or bison for Win32? Where do I get them?
