RedHat 6.1 beta (lorax)has libtool-1.3.3-1.noarch.rpm which works fine on
my RedHat 6.1 beta system. I've manged to successfully compile the latest
cvs of php4 using it.
Try ftp://ftp.redhat.com and then the lorax/RedHat/RPMS/ diretory
