Hi
I know that not many people are using windows out there for development,
but for anyone who is, here are my findings.....
I have managed to get PHP to work with MS IIS4, MS PWS 1, and Omni HTTPd.
When I say "work" I mean that I can get phpinfo() to display the usual
page, and I can get PHP to work with that page. If I send a variable to
another page, I can (depending on the server) also get it to output the
variable. My problems start when I try to pass a variable to another page
via a form field - With MSIE I get the following error:
CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of
HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:
with nothing displayed underneath. I am using pages that used to work with
PHP3 and there is nothing special in them - basically a page passing a form
variable to another and then outputting it.
I am using the precompiled version from the website, as I do not know how
to compile it myself.
Does anyone have any ideas or inspiration?
Thanks in advance
Ade
