ZND_REGISTER_RESOURCE(rsrc_result, rsrc_pointer, rsrc_type) now calls
zend_register_resource(rsrc_result,rsrc_pointer, rsrc_type) and returns
the new resource-id to the caller - also you can pass NULL as rsrc_result
if you're not intrested in setting the return_value.
zend_fetch_resource_ex is obsolete and has been removed (also "hopefully"
killed all traces of it in php4/)
ZEND_API void *zend_fetch_resource(zval **passed_id, int default_id, char
*resource_type_name, int *found_resource_type, int num_resource_types,
...);
is the new fetch-api.
if "found_resource_type" is passed in will contain the actual
resource-type on return.
also there's new ZEND_FETCH_RESOURCE2 macro which works like
ZEND_FETCH_RESOURCE but checks for 2 differnt types at once.
