Thought I'd let you know. php4 seems to work with ODBC now. Tested with
Apache and Xitami (both CGI) against MSSQL7. Will try with IIS5 later.

PS! It wasn't _very_ easy to convert from MSSQL_* to ODBC_*, I had to
write my own odbc_fetch_array, odbc_num_rows etc. to make it work... Oh
well, didn't take forever.
