I just started to play with PHP source, and have successfully built the latest
on WIN32. I kept careful notes on what I did in the process, I will be
repeating my work on a fresh machine early next week. It is my intent to
tranfer my notes to HTML by late next week and contribute them to the cause at
that time.
Meanwhile, I can help answer questions (or at least tell of a path that works).
