This is due to the way output is handled. PHP will send three
chunks of data:
<a href="
session.php4?foo=bar&bar=foo
">
Each chunk is transformed individually.
I'm currently looking into possible solutions. Proxying the
data would work, but it is a potential memory hog, and also
decreases speed.
