PHP4 beta for Win32 help

I was install latest binaries for Win32 but still getting same error about
ISAPI dll.
After getting same error,I was try to register dll to use Regsvr32.exe.
And this was not help me too.
Too bad,after did registering dll test,my Regsvr32.exe no longer remove
php4ts.dll from my system.
It said that uninstall entree point is not found so i have to use PView to
detect and remove it in manually.
Last test was ofcource my fault but I have to remove it from registry
anyway.
But I don't have PView here and also don't sure how to use it.
Anybody can help me to remove php4ts.dll registered entree from my system?
