In general you only need to use the curser_type if you have anything other
than a one select statment. If, however, you have 2 or more
(insert/select/delete) Or if you have some transact code such as if's
you will, then, need to change the cursor type.

MS Access doesn't have "Stored procedures" per say; They are special
"saved queries". So you treat them just like another table.
