Here is the fix for my problem. It turns out that the php4dll.dsp seems to
have the wrong location for output.c

Under Win32, the step to create output.c from output.y is missing in the
php4 workspace. It worked at one point, but I don't have my old output.c
available. Can someone remind me what has to be changed to get output.c
created?
