The php4ts worked just fine. Is there a reason that the php4.dsw is still
in CVS if it doesn't work?

As near as I can tell php4dll.dsp has been abandoned. Anybody know the
history here?
Meanwhile, I have added mergesort.c into php4dll for you; but I would
recommend that you consider using php4ts.dsp instead.
