If anyone could find the problem in the following, it would be appreciated.
The following code hangs on my copy of PHP4. The flush statement in the for
loop gets executed 5 times before the script hangs.
$sqlstring = "EXEC sp_columns $table";
$nResultHandle = mssql_query($sqlstring, $nConnHandle);
$numRows = (mssql_num_rows($nResultHandle));
echo "Please select the fields which you would like to receive: <INPUT
TYPE=SUBMIT VALUE=\"Next >\"><BR><TABLE>\n";
flush();
for ($i = 0; $i < $numRows; $i++) {
$aResult = mssql_fetch_row($nResultHandle);
if (($i % 4) == 0) {
printf("<TR>\n");
}
if (strlen($aResult[3])) {
printf("<TD><INPUT TYPE=checkbox CHECKED NAME=cols[]
VALUE=\"%s\">%s</TD>\n",$aResult[3],$aResult[3]);
flush();
}
if (($i % 4) == 3) {
printf("</TR>\n");
}
}
printf("</TABLE>");
There are more than a dozen rows in the result.
