Unable to build RC4 for win32

When I open the php4ts.dsw, I get an error to the effect that the dsp (or
maybe it's the dsw) files for the project were not created by VC++, and it
wants to recreate them. Allowing it to do this breaks everything (it keeps
trying to build libzend.exe! >:| )
Not knowing much a/b VC++, thought I'd turn back to you guys, see if we
con see what I did wrong!
