PHP 4.0b3 is ready for release. The source tarball can be found at
http://www.php.net/version4/downloads/php-4.0b3.tar.gz.
Any Windows users feel like building a binary distribution?
I will announce it on php-announce and freshmeat tomorrow, once the
mirrors have had a chance to update themselves.
