I'd tried to set it to follow forks but that didn't help. :) I'm sure I look like a total newbie, and in some ways I am since I've not worked much with Apache. I found the problem with the ODBC connections. I was using a DSN of: DSN=dsn_name which was required to get it to work under php3. However that causes a SEGV in the openlink lib. Using just dsn_name works just fine. This will mean some rework on some of my scripts. :-) However, I found a problem using iODBC & Openlink. Under php3 I had to modify the include file to _not_ define HAVE_SQL_EXTENDED_FETCH or executing stored procedures would return no data. Sadly this trick isn't working with PHP4. (I'll try and figure out what is going wrong). BTW I'm using the latest versions of iodbc & openlink. As for Oracle when the script does an ocilogon it still just ends. No segv from apache, nothing.
